FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, in particular, to a method for editing DNA in an acellular system, including the stage of introducing a deletion, substitution, or additions to the target section of DNA in the acellular system and the stage of amplification of DNA in the acellular system, wherein DNA is amplified in conditions of a temperature with incubation at a temperature in the range from 20 to 80°C and wherein the stage of the reaction of DNA replication is executed in the presence of single-stranded DNA. Also disclosed is a method for editing DNA in an acellular system, wherein the amplification stage is executed in the presence of an artificial enzyme for DNA cleavage, specifically cleaving DNA, whereto a deletion, substitution, or addition are not introduced.
EFFECT: invention is effective for editing DNA in an acellular system with improved yield of the product of edited DNA.
