FIELD: products vacuuming.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means for vacuuming products for the required time while maintaining the vacuum in the required range. The device for vacuuming products contains a sealed working chamber with a lid, which has a means for opening and closing the lid and a sensor for closing the lid. The working chamber is connected to a vacuum pump and atmosphere. A control unit, the outputs of which are connected to the corresponding input of the vacuum pump, which, in turn, is connected to the working chamber through a controlled bypass valve, and to the atmosphere through a controlled solenoid valve. The control inputs of the valves are connected to the corresponding outputs of the control unit. At the same time, the means for opening and closing the lid is automated; for this, an electric motor, a lid opening sensor and a sensor for monitoring the presence of products in the working chamber are introduced into the device. An additional valve and a pressure sensor for preliminary evacuation of the line are introduced into the line between the valve connecting the chamber with the vacuum pump. The control unit is equipped with additional outputs for automatic control of the electric motor, a lid opening sensor, a sensor for monitoring the presence of products in the chamber, an additional valve and a pressure sensor.

EFFECT: creation of a device for products vacuuming, which provides holding products for a certain time at a given pressure with increased productivity, constant readiness for work with full automation of work.
