SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing cis-2,3-hydroxymethyl-heme-dichlorocyclopropane by reacting sulphuric acid and 8,8-dichloro-4-isopropyl-3,5-dioxabicyclooctane at temperature of 100 °C for 5 hours.
EFFECT: shorter reaction time and high output of the end product while improving its quality.
