The controller is configured to determine, in accordance with the types of the multiple hazards, each of the values of lateral movement of the vehicle in question to avoid and pass by the multiple hazards with gaps from the multiple hazards, to form a trajectory of movement passing by the multiple hazards in a lateral position moved by a value equal to or greater than the maximum value of lateral movement among said determined values of lateral movement, and steering automatically so that the vehicle in question moves along the trajectory of movement.
