SUBSTANCE: in a known differential amplifier with increased slope on field-effect transistors, a drain of fifth (12) auxiliary field-effect transistor is connected to a current output of device (17), coordinated with first (15) bus of a power supply source, a drain of sixth (13) auxiliary field-effect transistor is connected to a source of fifth (12) auxiliary field-effect transistor and connected to offset voltage source (18), a gate of fifth (12) auxiliary field-effect transistor is connected to a source of sixth (13) auxiliary field-effect transistor and through third (14) auxiliary resistor is connected to second (5) current output of input differential stage (1), a gate of sixth (13) auxiliary field-effect transistor is connected to second (5) current output of input differential stage (1), and other connections and elements are used.
EFFECT: increase in the slope of the conversion of an input voltage into output current of the device, and, as a result, increase in the voltage gain.
