FIELD: cell biology; medicine.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the field of cell biology and medicine, in particular to a pluripotential stem cell obtained from peripheral blood, as well as to a population of such cells, methods for its isolation, methods for the production of such a population, as well as methods using a cell, and its applications. The specified cell expresses a parathyroid hormone 1 receptor, has a diameter from 2.5 to 4.5 mcm, forms embryo-like bodies during cultivation, and has a capability of differentiating into ectoderm, mesoderm and entoderm during cultivation. The specified cell can be used for the improvement of fertility, increase in the production of skin collagen and/or elastin in the area of skin, suppression of hair loss or stimulation of hair growth, improvement, relief, provision of regression or treatment of bone disease, neurological diseases, metastatic carcinoma, autoimmune disease, diabetes, macular degeneration, as well as a decrease in the average daily dose of insulin in a diabetic subject.
EFFECT: present invention allows for increasing the arsenal of means for regenerative cell therapy.
