FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry and can be used in the dairy industry in the processing of milk by-products, as well as for the preparation of drinks based on whey. A method for obtaining a drink using fruit raw materials and milk whey is proposed, which involves the preparation of a mixture of 15 wt.% chokeberry fruits and 85 wt.% whey, simultaneous homogenization, pasteurization, deodorization of the product at a temperature of 60±2°C for 40 min. using a mechanoacoustic homogenizer with an exposure intensity of 100-500 W/kg, packaging, packing, labeling, cooling.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain a finished product in the form of a drink with increased nutritional value, which has a balanced composition in terms of the main food and mineral components, an expanded preventive focus and accessibility to all population groups.
