SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, pharmacology, and chemical and pharmaceutical industry; namely, to a new crystalline form of 7-bromo-1-(hydrazinocarbonyl)methyl-5-phenyl-1,2-dihydro-3H-1,4-benzodiazepine-2-one and to a pharmaceutical composition and dosage form including said form and exhibiting anxiolytic activity for treating neurotic and mental disorders. Crystalline form of 7-bromo-1-(hydrazinocarbonyl)methyl-5-phenyl-1,2-dihydro-3H-1,4-benzodiazepine-2-one with diffraction peak maxima in an X-ray powder diffractogram at the values of diffraction angles 2θ (± 0.2°) of 11.7, 16.5, 20.1, 22.0, 26.4. Invention also relates to a pharmaceutical composition exhibiting anxiolytic activity for treating neurotic and mental disorders, containing the crystalline form of 7-bromo-1-(hydrazinocarbonyl)methyl-5-phenyl-1,2-dihydro-3H-1,4-benzodiazepine-2-one in an effective amount as well as at least one pharmaceutically acceptable excipient. Invention relates to a medicinal product exhibiting anxiolytic activity for treating neurotic and mental disorders, in solid form, containing the crystalline form of 7-bromo-1-(hydrazinocarbonyl)methyl-5-phenyl-1,2-dihydro-3H-1,4-benzodiazepine-2-one in an effective amount or a pharmaceutical composition in an effective amount.
