SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely obstetrics and gynecology, and can be used to predict the likelihood of independent pregnancy in elderly primigravidas. The presence of the CC genotype and the T allele of the SOD2 C47T gene, a burdened obstetric and gynecological history and the presence of hypothyroidism are taken into account. The prognostic index E is calculated by the formula: E = -2.31 × x1 - 5.985 × x2 + 10.456 × x3 + 1.94 × x4 - 4.505. If E<0, then a high probability of independent pregnancy is predicted. If E>0, then a low probability of independent pregnancy is predicted.
EFFECT: method provides the possibility of predicting the probability of independent pregnancy in elderly primigravidas.
