SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a compound of the formula (I), where R1 is H or (C1-C4)alkyl; R2 is H, (C1-C4)alkyl, where alkyl is optionally substituted with one R3, each R3 is independently in each case -NH2, -NHC(NH)NH2, C6-aryl, or 5-9-element monocyclic or bicyclic heteroaryl containing 1-2 heteroatoms selected from N, or to its pharmaceutically acceptable salt. The invention also relates to a pharmaceutical composition based on the compound of the formula (I) and a combination of the compound of the formula (I) with valsartan.
EFFECT: new compounds with improved physical and chemical properties, in particular prolonged action, are obtained, which can be used in medicine for the treatment of hypertonia, lung hypertension, heart failure.
