SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to an instrument for fixation of a tubular structure with a pin, a combined instrument intended for fixation with a pin and cutting of a tubular structure, and to a method for fixation of a tubular structure with a pin. Instrument (1) for fixation of tubular structure (8) with pin (4) by pushing pin (4) through sidewall (80) of tubular structure (8) contains: case (2) of instrument (1), made with the possibility of reception of tubular structure (8), actuator (5) installed on case (2) of instrument (1), wherein actuator (5) is equipped with piston rod (52) and is made with the possibility of progressive movement of piston rod (52), pin adapter (7) detachably connected to piston rod (52) of actuator (5) and made with the possibility of reception and released retention of pin (4) for pushing it through sidewall (80) of tubular structure (8) and leaving in it, and element (3) for fixation of a position of case (2) of instrument (1) relatively to tubular structure (8) during fixation of pin (4), wherein piston rod (52) is made with the possibility, during progressive movement, of displacement of pin adapter (7) for pushing pin (4), during the working use, through sidewall (80) of tubular structure (8). Combined instrument (100) intended for fixation with pin (4) and cutting of tubular structure (8) contains instrument (1), non-rotatable cutting element (102) connected to piston rod (52), and second element (104) for application of a force to tubular structure (8) during cutting.

EFFECT: faster fixation of a tubular structure, possibility of pin fixation and cutting with the same instrument, and prevention of falling or sliding of an inner tubular structure relatively to an outer tubular structure after cutting.
