FIELD: radiation receivers.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of radiation receivers and relates to a bolometric radiation receiver in the terahertz range. The radiation receiver contains a housing in which a substrate with a reading circuit is placed, connected to a matrix of microbolometric receivers forming pixels, which performs the function of an input window that passes the registered radiation to the microbolometers. Thermally sensitive membranes of microbolometric receivers are placed at a distance relative to the substrate with a readout circuit more than 10 times less than the wavelength of the detected radiation and are formed by a system of layers, including a thermally sensitive element and a radiation absorber. A broadband absorber is placed opposite the array of microbolometric receivers.

EFFECT: ensuring the absence of areas of low, close to zero, sensitivity of the bolometric receiver in the wavelength range from 30 µm to 1 mm.
