FIELD: metal working.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to measure the temperature and power parameters of the cutting process during drilling. The method includes fixing the workpiece by means of a split metal bushing, a split ebonite bushing and an ebonite gasket located in a metal cup in a three-jaw chuck, which is mounted on a dynamometer and drilling the workpiece by means of a drill electrically isolated from the machine, installed in the three-jaw chuck of the drilling machine spindle. At the same time, during drilling, thermo-EMF is measured using a personal computer. Measurement of cutting forces during drilling is carried out using a dynamometer connected via a cable and an analog-to-digital converter with a personal computer.
EFFECT: expansion of technological capabilities of the method and improvement of the accuracy of measuring parameters.
