FIELD: marking.
SUBSTANCE: object (102) is preferably a conductor. Said device (100) comprises a material interface (156) to receive a printable information carrier (208) in form of a printed product (214) which is printed by the printer (200); interface (158) data to communicate with the printer (200) to place or provide markings (101); and at least one sensor (106) to register control signals that contain or show the indicated at least one measurement result of the marked object (102). At least one specified sensor (106) communicates information with the interface (158) data. Further, the specified device contains (100) at least one actuator (120; 122) so that, in accordance with communication via the data interface (158) and using the printed product (214) issued by the printer (200), the specified marking (101) is placed on the object (102) closed in the circumferential direction or enable placement closed in the circumferential direction.
EFFECT: device (100) for closed marking (101) in the circumferential direction around an elongated object (102) or for marking (101) closed in the circumferential direction and configured to be located around an elongated object (102) is described.
