FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to traumatology and orthopedics, neurosurgery, and is intended for endoscopic revision and neurolysis of the suprascapular nerve in the region of the scapular notch. At the first stage, marking of anatomical landmarks and arthroscopy of the subacromial space of the shoulder joint are performed. Then, at the second stage, two ports are formed in the projection of the supraclavicular fossa — the anterior and the posterior supraclavicular ports. Next, the arthroscope is transferred to the posterior supraclavicular port, and the working instrument to the anterior supraclavicular port, the removal of scar and fatty tissues in the region of the transverse ligament of the scapula is performed. At the third stage, transverse ligament dissection and direct visualization, revision of the suprascapular nerve and its neurolysis and decompression are performed.
EFFECT: method allows to speed up and simplify surgical intervention, improve endoscopic visualization, reduce soft tissue trauma, reduce the risk of damage to neurovascular structures due to the combination of techniques of the claimed invention.
