GRANZYME B DELIVERY METHOD TO MAMMALIAN CELLS Russian patent published in 2023 - IPC A61K38/43 A61K47/24 A61K47/28 A61P35/00

Abstract RU 2796685 C2

FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a liposomal dosage form intended for transporting granzyme B into mammalian cells. The method for obtaining liposomes loaded with granzyme B protein includes obtaining a lipid bilayer dissolved in chloroform, dispersing it with a proteinase solution, shaking and evaporating, dispersing the resulting film with granzyme B, while to obtain a lipid bilayer, the components dissolved in a non-polar solvent are taken in the following molar ratio ranges: phosphatidylcholine (6 to 7): cholesterol (2 to 4): mPEG2000-DSPE (0.005 to 0.014). Also liposomes containing granzyme B and the use of liposomes to deliver granzyme B into a mammalian cell and initiate cytotoxic activity in it are disclosed.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides delivery of a biologically active form of granzyme B into a mammalian cell.
