FIELD: detecting systems.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates, in general, to photodiodes for the detection of photons of X-ray and gamma-radiation. A photodiode contains InGaP located and made with the possibility of absorption of X-ray radiation and/or gamma-radiation supplied to this photodiode, and generation of charge carriers in response to it.
EFFECT: increase in energy resolution of a detector.
