SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an analytical instrument for carrying out the reaction of isothermal amplification of nucleic acids in out-of-laboratory conditions. The device contains a housing with a built-in display, a barcode scanner and a sealed cover mounted on rails with the possibility of longitudinal movement. The housing contains a mechanical dispenser, a drum with a built-in heating system, an optical sensor, a laser, and a hardware and software system for control. The drum is installed with the possibility of rotation around its axis by means of a motor, and holes are made on the surface of the drum for installing and fixing a cartridge with cells for a set of reagents. The drum is made with a built-in electromagnet, and the cartridge contains magnetic balls. The mechanical dispenser is equipped with a guide for movement along the vertical axis and a motor for movement along the horizontal axis.

EFFECT: providing conditions for carrying out the isothermal amplification reaction in out-of-laboratory conditions, with the possibility of purifying nucleic acids using magnetic beads placed in one of the cartridge cells, as well as distributing reagents among the cells.
