SUBSTANCE: method for lysis of cells contained in blood with an anticoagulant is proposed, including blood shaking under conditions effective for fungal pathogen lysis in a system for impact processing with balls that includes (I) a test tube for a sample or a test tube for collecting blood, and (II) balls without a lysis buffer or any additive.
EFFECT: invention provides for an increase in concentration of nucleic acids in their extraction from pathogen microorganisms contained in the biological sample.
