SUBSTANCE: what is presented is a method for obtaining a cell lysate, a system for impact treatment with beads of cells contained in a liquid sample, a cell lysis method, a cell lysis kit and a kit for producing said system. Method of producing the lysate involves shaking the liquid sample in a system for impact treatment with balls in the absence of a lysis buffer and in the presence of a blocking agent. System for impact treatment with balls contains a test tube, balls and a dry blocking agent. Cell lysis method involves shaking the liquid sample in a test tube included in the system. Cell lysis kit comprises a system, a liquid sample preparation component, an oligonucleotide for nucleic acid amplification and a nucleic acid probe. Kit for producing the system contains a sample tube, balls and a dry blocking reagent.

EFFECT: invention provides improvement of cell lysis devices and methods and extraction of nucleic acids from microorganisms.
