FIELD: aerosol systems.
SUBSTANCE: product contains a substrate rod for generating an aerosol, a hollow tubular segment at a location downstream relative to the rod. The tubular segment is longitudinally aligned with the rod and forms a cavity extending along its entire length from the upstream end of the tubular segment to the downstream end of the tubular segment. The mouthpiece segment contains a filter material rod and a recess at the mouthpiece end downstream relative to the filter material rod, a ventilation zone at a location along the hollow tubular segment at a distance of less than 20 millimeters from the downstream end of the product for generating aerosol. The ventilation zone contains one or more rows of perforations formed through the peripheral wall of a tubular segment having a length of 25 millimeters. The ratio between the weight of the tubular segment and the volume of the internal cavity formed by it is preferably less than 1 milligram/cubic millimeter. The aerosol generating substrate rod contains an aerosol generating agent that is at least 12 percent dry weight.
EFFECT: providing a satisfactory delivery of the aerosol with low variability of resistance to puff, high speed of manufacture of the product.
