FIELD: sports equipment.

SUBSTANCE: exercise device specifically designed to regulate the activity of the cardiovascular system, to train speed or coordination of movements, in particular with movable endless bands, and can be used for medical rehabilitation (orthopaedics, therapeutic exercises), sports, games or entertainment. The treadmill with adaptive adjustment of the speed and inclination of the web contains a DC stepper motor, pneumatic cylinders with electromechanical drives for reciprocating linear and rotary (in a limited angular range) movement, a magnetic brake, as well as a block for geometric transformations and biomedical data processing. The above improvements make it possible to simulate the surface topography and adaptability of the step (for this topography), as in the walking movements in the natural environment usual for the human body. A series of laboratory experiments showed an increase in the efficiency of using the developed treadmill with adaptive adjustment of the speed and inclination of the belt for medical rehabilitation tasks by at least 14% compared to the prototype, which indicates achievement of the set technical task.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of use for medical rehabilitation.
