FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: method of making candies is proposed, according to which a mixture of white solid lauric glaze and white chocolate is tempered, fat-soluble dyes of colors corresponding to the color of moss, flavoring, roasted crushed peanuts, rice balloons with cocoa and a flavoring agent are successively added to the resulting mass. The mass is mixed, a piece is plucked from it and a lump of spherical or spheroid shape from 25×25 mm to 40×25 mm is formed manually, rolled in a mixture of oatmeal cookie crumbs, previously made using a combination of dyes matching the color of moss, and chocolate shortbread cookies. The said lump is compacted in the hand, cooled and left in the workshop conditions for a day.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to produce candies of irregular shape, similar in appearance to the degree of confusion with lumps of dry moss, while having a dense consistency, crumbly when bitten, and a variety of tastes.
