FIELD: medicine; medical ecology; hygienic diagnostics.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to determine the early manifestations of dorsalgia in children of secondary school age 11–15 years old, associated with lead contamination of biological media. When the lead content in a child’s blood is 1.45 or more times higher than the norm of 0.0144±0.001 mg/l, dopamine level exceeding the upper limit of the physiological norm equal to 44 pg/cm3 by at least 1.5 times and in the presence of a combination of the CT or TT genotype of DRD2 C2137T gene (rs1800497) and AG or GG genotype MTRR A66G gene (rs1801394) the early manifestations of dorsalgia associated with lead contamination of biological media are determined.
EFFECT: method ensures the reliability of determining early manifestations of dorsopathy with symptoms of dorsalgia associated with contamination of biological media with lead in children of secondary school age 11–15 years old due to the simultaneous determination of toxicological, laboratory and genetic indicators.
