FIELD: agricultural engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates in particular to parts of working bodies of tillage machines designed for deep loosening of the soil, and can be used in the manufacture of chisels. The subsoiler bit is made in the form of a plate, the outer surface of which has a deposited layer of wear-resistant material with a thickness of 0.1-0.8 of the plate thickness and a length of 2-20 of the plate thickness. Surfacing of wear-resistant material is carried out using a paste that contains 73-75% of powder of the PR-NH18S5R4 brand, 23-24% of titanium oxide and a PVA-M adhesive solution - the rest, and a vibrating carbon electrode with an electric arc of direct polarity of current strength - 50 A, voltage - 50 V, speed of movement of the carbon electrode - 3 mm/s, frequency and amplitude of vibration of the carbon electrode - 5-6 Hz and 0.7 mm, respectively.
EFFECT: proposed subsoiler bit has increased durability, high wear capacity, and high impact strength under conditions of intense abrasive wear.
