As a wear-resistant material, paste is used, applied to the cutting surface in a layer 1.4…1.5 mm thick, which contains 72…74% powder “ПР-НХ16СР4МД3”, 24…25% titanium boride and “ПВА-М” glue solution - the rest, and surfacing is carried out after hardening of the paste with an electric arc of direct polarity using a vibrating carbon electrode, with the current strength being 45 A, the speed of movement of the carbon electrode being 4 mm/s, frequency and amplitude carbon electrode vibration - 4…5 Hz and 0.8 mm respectively.

EFFECT: increasing the hardness of the deposited layer of the cutting surface by an average of 20%, while the wear resistance of the disk working body under conditions of intense abrasive wear increases by 40%, which makes it possible to increase the durability of the hardened disk working bodies of soil-cultivating implements by an average of 1.3 times.
