FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to obstetrics and gynaecology, biotechnology and medical genetics, and can be used for prediction of risk of preeclampsia in Russian women. DNA is recovered from peripheral venous blood leukocytes. Performed is analysis of polymorphic loci of genes OBFC1, PLCE1, BAG6, CERS5, AC026703.1. When detecting a combination of polymorphic loci rs4387287 AA OBFC1 × rs932764 AG PLCE1 × rs805303 AA BAG6 × rs7302981 AG CERS5 × rs1173771 GG AC026703.1, high risk of developing preeclampsia is predicted.
EFFECT: method provides obtaining new criteria for assessing the risk of developing preeclampsia in Russian women based on data on interlocus interaction of polymorphic loci rs4387287 of the OBFC1 gene, rs932764 of the PLCE1 gene, rs805303 of the BAG6 gene, rs7302981 of the CERS5 gene, rs1173771 of the AC026703_1 gene.
