METHOD FOR PREDICTION OF SPONTANEOUS MISCARRIAGE AFTER SUFFERING NEW CORONAVIRUS INFECTION (NCOV) OF MILD AND MODERATE FORM Russian patent published in 2024 - IPC A61B5/00 G01N33/49 G01N33/68 G01N33/86

Abstract RU 2816804 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to obstetrics and gynecology, and can be used for prediction of spontaneous abortion in patients with new coronavirus infection (nCoV) of mild and moderate form. Based on evaluation of data: age, primigravida or multigravida, presence or absence of spontaneous miscarriage in anamnesis and clinical and laboratory data: level of leukocytes and fibrinogen during nCoV disease, diagnostic index DI is calculated by formula by formula DI = 0.35×x1 + 13.16×x2 – 6.53×x3 – 6.08×x4 – 1.17×x5 – 3.3×x6 + 3.07, where x1 is age, x2 is a confirmed mild and moderate nCoV disease: 0 – disease in the second trimester: 13.0–27.6 weeks and third trimester: 28.0–42 weeks, 1 – disease in the first trimester: 5–12.6 weeks; x3 – primary pregnancy or consecutive pregnancy: 0 – primary pregnancy, 1 – consecutive pregnancy; x4 – history of spontaneous miscarriage: 0 – no history of spontaneous miscarriage, 1 – history of spontaneous miscarriage; x5 – leukocyte level during nCoV disease, ×109/l; x6 – fibrinogen level during nCoV disease, g/l; 3.07 is a constant value. If DI is more than 0, a high risk of spontaneous abortion is predicted. If DI is less than 0, there is no risk of spontaneous abortion.

EFFECT: method provides the possibility of predicting spontaneous abortion after suffering mild and moderate nCoV using available methods in order to optimize the tactics of providing medical care, by assessing data: age, primary pregnancy or consecutive pregnancy, presence or absence of spontaneous miscarriage in anamnesis and clinical and laboratory data: level of leukocytes and fibrinogen.
