SUBSTANCE: invention relates to driving limitation system. System comprises: drivers authentication means, drivers information storage means, vehicle speed limitation data storage means, vehicle speed control data generation means, vehicle movement area limitation data storage means, means for setting an acceptable vehicle movement area. Authentication means identifies the vehicle driver. Data associated with speed limits and movement area are applied in accordance with information of physical or cognitive abilities of the driver. Generated data for controlling the speed and the acceptable area of movement are transmitted to the speed control system in order to set the movement speed lower before the vehicle reaches the acceptable area of movement. Thus, it is located within the movement area, which is based on data related to the acceptable area of vehicle movement.

EFFECT: vehicle movement higher safety.
