SUBSTANCE: computer-implemented method of accounting for road traffic and manoeuvres of a moving object comprises steps of: receiving a route plotting request; route is built; searching for manoeuvre-dependent road sections on the route; determining the average travel time of each found manoeuvre-dependent road section, taking into account the manoeuvre that must be made on this road section to follow the constructed route, and the average travel time of all the other road sections available on the route, and transmitting the constructed route, including the average travel time of each road section on this route.

EFFECT: high accuracy of determining time to the end of the route.
