SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the use of a transgenic mouse with inducible expression of the Xenopus laevis xAG gene with a STOP cassette and under the control of a Tet-On promoter as a model animal for studying reparative skin wound regeneration.
EFFECT: invention provides the stimulation of the regenerative abilities of the created transgenic animal (model) under the influence of endogenous expression of regeneration factors active in lower vertebrate organisms.
