SUBSTANCE: described is a group of inventions involving a method for purifying matrix RNA (mRNA) (embodiments). In one embodiment, the method involves precipitation of mRNA in a suspension containing a high-molar salt solution and an amphiphilic polymer to obtain a precipitated mRNA; capture of precipitated mRNA; washing the precipitated mRNA with a washing solution with purifying the precipitated mRNA and solubilising the precipitated mRNA to obtain a purified mRNA.

EFFECT: invention extends the range of methods for purifying matrix RNA (mRNA).
