SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method for creating an analytical label of full-size antibodies based on multilayer hydrophilic chalcogenide quantum dots, obtained by low-temperature water-colloidal synthesis and modified with biocompatible copolymer of vinylpyrrolidone-maleic anhydride-ethylene glycol dimethacrylate, in which in order to achieve optimal orientation of antibodies relative to the surface of quantum dots, quantum dots are held in an organic buffer solution with pH = 5.0 with constant stirring and room temperature for 30 minutes in order to activate the carboxyl groups included in the polymer coating, purified quantum dots are mixed with 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide and N-hydroxysuccinimide in molar ratio 1:2,000:1,000, then antibodies are added to the reaction mixture, after conjugation, unreacted ester groups on the surface of quantum dots are blocked with a solution of bovine serum albumin and tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane.
EFFECT: present invention provides the use of quantum dots, fluorescent in the near infrared region, in which the fluorescence of nitrocellulose, which is used as a base of test strips, and biological fluids is minimal.
