FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to obstetrics, pathological physiology, and can be used to predict placental insufficiency in the third trimester in women with moderate course of COVID-19 in the first trimester of pregnancy. Percentage of TNFR1 and VEGFR2 on peripheral blood monocytes is determined by flow cytofluorometry. Established diagnostic values are used to determine the prognosis of developing placental insufficiency in the third trimester in women with moderate course of COVID-19 in the first trimester of pregnancy. If the value of TNFR1 is equal to or more than 86.95%, and VEGFR2 is equal to or less than 21.72%, developing placental insufficiency in the third trimester is predicted in women with moderate course of COVID-19 in the first trimester of pregnancy.
EFFECT: method provides the possibility of increasing the accuracy of prediction of placental insufficiency in the third trimester in women with moderate course of COVID-19 in the first trimester, due to the fact that in pregnant women with moderate course of COVID-19 in the first trimester, percentage of TNFR1 and VEGFR2 on peripheral blood monocytes is determined by flow cytofluorometry.
