FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: described is a method for detecting the Henipavirus hendraense virus by isothermal recombinase polymerase amplification with reverse transcription. Method involves extraction of RNA from biological samples with subsequent detection of target RNA fragments of the viral genome and differs by the fact that analysis is carried out in real time using reverse transcriptase M-MuLV, primers and a probe.
EFFECT: development of a fast and reliable method for identification of genetic material of the Henipavirus hendraense in biological samples and other virus-containing samples.
