SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to medical genetics, gerontology and cardiology, and can be used for non-invasive assessment of predisposition to early aging. Buccal epithelium is sampled. Detecting polymorphic variants of genes CYP11B2 rs1799998, FTO rs9939609, IL6 rs1800795. When determining the CT variant of the CYP11B2 gene rs1799998, TA or TT variant of the FTO gene rs9939609, CG or GG variant of the IL6 gene rs1800795 low susceptibility to early aging is determined. When determining the AA variant of the FTO gene rs9939609 and CG or GG variant of the IL6 gene rs1800795, average predisposition to early aging is determined. When determining the CC variant of the CYP11B2 gene rs1799998, AA variant of the FTO gene rs9939609, CC variant of the IL6 gene rs1800795, high predisposition to early aging is determined.
EFFECT: method provides non-invasive assessment of predisposition to early aging by detection of polymorphous variants of genes CYP11B2 rs1799998, FTO rs9939609, IL6 rs1800795.
