FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemistry, more specifically to high-molecular compounds. Disclosed is a method of producing biocompatible and biodegradable hydrogels by solvent replacement, involving: stage of preparation 15-20 wt.% solution or solutions of amphiphilic ternary block copolymers of polylactides or polylactones with polyethylene glycol in an organic solvent, followed by introduction of the obtained solution into a dialysis bag with a pore size of 3.5-5.0 kDa and diameter of 6-10 mm; stage of dialysis of the obtained solution of block copolymer in distilled water with specific conductivity of not more than 10-4 S/cm in a glass with volume of 1-5 l for 5-7 days with constant stirring, where during first 2-3 hours the external solution is changed every 30-60 min, and then once a day until completion of the self-organization process with the formation of a physical network of the hydrogel and removal of the residual organic solvent; step of extracting the obtained material.

EFFECT: invention enables to obtain hydrogel materials with a wide range of moduli of elasticity from 3 kPa to 0.2 MPa.
