FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to control of internal combustion engines, namely to a method, a device, a readable medium and a control system for monitoring an engine cylinder stop position. Obtaining the engine rotational speed after receiving the cylinder stop position control command sent by the vehicle controller; in accordance with the rotational speed range, in which the engine rotational speed is located, the engine rotational speed is controlled until the set rotational speed is achieved; when the engine rotational speed reaches the predetermined rotational speed, synchronizing the current engine position signal with the electric motor rotation signal, motor rotational position is adjusted to set the engine crankshaft turn angle within preset range of crankshaft turn angle.
EFFECT: providing control of engine cylinder stop position for further smooth engine start.
