FIELD: robotics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to robotics and specifically to mobile robots of robotic systems for investigating of territories of industrial and municipal structures and transmitting investigation results for further processing by an operator. Mobile robot comprises a frame provided with a traction wheel connected to a drive of its rotation, a side wheel and a guide wheel installed on a rotary axis, power supply, control and information support facilities arranged on the frame. Frame is a set of channels oriented along the direction of movement; horizontal bars with a hinge are installed between the middle channels, the axis of which is parallel to the direction of movement of the robot. Robot is equipped with a drive for turning relative to the axis of the hinge in a plane perpendicular to the direction of movement.
EFFECT: improved operational characteristics, in particular adaptation to terrain profile.
