FIELD: ionization emission metrology. SUBSTANCE: pulsed ionization emission pyroelectric detector is made in the form of four similar capacitors, filled with pyroelectric material. Plates of first and third capacitors and plates of second and fourth capacitors are linked. Current leads are connected to linked plates. Plates of four capacitors, that are not linked to each other, are electrically combined. Polarization vectors of pyroelectric material are perpendicular to plates and are directed in antiparallel in first and second, first and third and also in second and fourth capacitors. Size of sensitive member in direction of emission spreading is much less than length of free run of emission in pyroelectric material. That allows fully remove outer circuit current, induced by Compton electron and being hindering current during measurements. EFFECT: decrease of flux density and fluency in irregular fields measurements error. 2 dwg
