FIELD: production of crystalline quartz. SUBSTANCE: method involves growing crystalline quartz under hydrothermal conditions from sodium hydroxide solution with concentration of 3.5-5.0% by weight on rod-shaped seeds extending along crystallographic axis Y. In the process of growing, temperature difference rate is increased at the first stage by 0.2-0.5 C/day, at the second stage constant temperature difference is provided, at the third stage temperature difference rate is increased by 0.5-1.5 C/day. EFFECT: provision for obtaining of quartz crystals with stable piezoelectric properties and of standardized sizes. 3 dwg, 3 tbl
