FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparation of solution by mixing ethyl alcohol and water up to 40% vol. Salt is mixed with sodium dicarbonate, and mixture is solved in water at temperature 20-25 C, filtered in hot state through activated carbon, and filtrate is introduced into solution at the beginning of the preparation process and mixed for 10-15 min, and aged for 20-30 min. Salt is used at the rate of 0.9-1.1 kg per 1000 dal of prepared product, while sodium dicarbonate, at the rate of 0.4-0.6 kg per 1000 dal. Solution strength is corrected, and then filtered before bottling. EFFECT: new improved taste.
