FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparation of solution by mixing ethyl alcohol and water up to 40% vol. Salt is preliminarily mixed with granulated sugar, solved in water at temperature 20-25 C, then solution is filtered in hot state through activated carbon, and filtrate is introduced into solution at the beginning of preparation process, mixed for 10-15 min and aged fro 20-30 min. Salt is used in amount of 0.95-1.05 kg per 1000 dal of prepared product, while granulated sugar, in amount of 9.5-10.5 kg. Solution strength is corrected, and then filtered before bottling. EFFECT: improved taste.
