FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparation of mixture from ethyl rectified alcohol and potable water, its filtration, introduction of common salt and correction of strength. Used as ethyl rectified alcohol and potable water are ethyl rectified alcohol "Extra" and potable water with hardness not more 0.36 mg/l and clarified and softened by Na-cation method. Before introduction, common salt is dissolved and filtered. Introduction of common salt is carried out in the form of its filtrate in mixture before filtration conducted by passing the mixture through carbon-cleaning battery with speed of 40 dal/h for fresh carbon, and 30 dal/h, for regenerated carbon. The mixture preparation is conducted at the rate of its strength 40%. Common salt is used in the amount of 0.8-1.0 kg per 1000 dal of vodka.
