FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparation of mixture by mixing ethyl rectified alcohol and water, filtration, introduction of common salt and correction of strength. Mixture of 40-% strength is prepared by using ethyl rectified alcohol "Extra" and corrected potable water with hardness up to 0.36 mg-equi/l preliminarily clarified with aluminum oxide. Before introduction, common salt is preliminarily mixed with sugar, dissolved in water at temperature of solution 20-25 C, filtered through a layer of activated carbon of 0.5-2.0 m high, and filtrate is introduced in mixture at the beginning of preparation process. Mixture filtration is conducted by passing it through carbon-cleaning battery with speed up to 40 dal/h for fresh carbon, and up to 30 dal/h, for regenerated carbon. Common salt is used in the amount of 0.95-1.05 kg per 1000 dal of vodka, while sugar, in the amount of 9.5-10.5 kg per 1000 dal of vodka.
