FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparation of solution of 40% vol by mixing ethyl alcohol and water. Salt is mixed with granulated sugar, solved in water at temperature 20-25 C, filtered in hot state through activated carbon, and filtrate is introduced in solution at the beginning of preparation process, mixed for 10-15 min and aged for 20-30 min. Salt is used in amount of 0.45-0.55 kg per 1000 dal of prepared product, while granulated sugar, in amount of 9.5-10.5 kg. After correction of solution, aromatic alcohol of linear-leaved wormwood is added in vodka at the rate of 15.5-16.5 cu.dm/1000 dal, or alcohol infusion of linear-leaved wormwood grass at the rate of 1.55-1.65 dal per 1000 dal of ready product. Then vodka is filtered and bottled. EFFECT: improved taste.
