Mixture filtration is conducted through a layer of activated carbon of 4-m high and sand filters with speed of 40 dal/h for fresh carbon and 30 dal/h, for regenerated carbon. Before strength correction, aromatic alcohol of tarragon is introduced in vodka. Consumption of ingredients for production of 1000 dal of special vodka is the following: sugar, 9.8-10.2 kg; common salt, 0.7-0.9 kg; aromatic alcohol of tarragon, 15.8-16.2 cu. dm; ethyl rectified alcohol "Extra" and potable corrected water, the balance for 40-% strength.
