SUBSTANCE: peak-load hot-water boiler plant includes hot-water boiler connected to heating-system pipe line, make-up water vacuum deaerator with starting water pipe line, heating agent pipe line and deaerated make-up water pipe line which is connected to heating-system pipe line. Heating agent pipe line is connected to vacuum deaerator through first (in way of flow of waste gases) surface heat exchanger and starting water pipe line is connected to vacuum deaerator through second (in way of flow of waste gases) surface heat exchanger.
