SUBSTANCE: peak-load hot water boiler plant includes hot-water boiler connected to heating-system pipe line, make-up water vacuum deaerator with pipe lines of starting water, heating agent and deaerated water. Deaerated make-up water pipe line is connected to heating-system pipe line through first (in way of flow of waste gases) surface heat exchanger located in gas duct of hot-water boiler; starting water pipe line is connected to vacuum deaerator through second (in way of flow of waste gases) surface heat exchanger located in the same gas duct; heating agent pipe line of vacuum deaerator is connected to deaerated make-up water pipe line after first surface heat exchanger.
