FIELD: peak-load hot-water boiler plants; heat-power engineering. SUBSTANCE: peak-load hot-water boiler plant includes hot-water boiler connected to heating-system pipe line, make-up water vacuum deaerator with starting water pipe line, heating agent pipe line and deaerated make- up water pipe line which is connected to heating-system pipe line. Heating agent pipe line is connected to vacuum deaerator through first (in way of flow of waste gases) surface heat exchanger located in gas duct of hot-water boiler and deaerated make-up water pipe line is connected to heating-system pipe line through second (in way of flow of waste gases) surface heat exchanger.
